We are committed to the following values and we hope to influence the tourism industry by setting a higher standard for how we engage with local communities and the environment:
Reciprocity: We are committed to giving back to the communities that enrich our experiences and ensuring fair compensation for their services and goods.
Gender Equity: We actively support Kenyan and Tanzanian women and girls, recognizing their vital contributions to society and striving for gender equality. We are working to establish The Nashipai Fund, a non-profit which will support grassroots organizations run by local women.
Care for Our Planet: We are dedicated to minimizing the environmental impact of tourism by addressing waste, plastics, and emissions. We are working to secure carbon offsets for our flights in partnership with a local community organization. We also provide reusable bottles for bottled water on arrival.
Excellence: We maintain the highest standards to ensure your comfort, safety, and a luxury experience throughout your journey. We stay only at 4+ star lodges and hotels, many of which feature African design and traditional architecture.
