When you travel with us, we dedicate a proportion of the proceeds to the Nashipai Fund. The Nashipai Fund lifts up and funds grassroots efforts led by East African women that improve health, food security and education for women and girls, and protect the environment. We also help build capacity by offering free Executive Coaching for the leaders of our partner organizations. We know that African women don’t want charity, instead they seek partners who respect their skills and knowledge, and come from a place of solidarity and cultural humility.
